Brand, appliance and one sentence about what it is doing. A photo of the model sticker helps, but is not required.

We confirm by text
You get a confirmation, and a call about 15 minutes before the technician arrives.

$89 at the door, credited to the repair
The technician finds the fault and gives you the full price before any work. Say yes and the $89 counts toward it. Every repair carries a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty.
