FixDaddy LLC is an independent appliance repair company. Our technicians repair and install major appliances for homes and businesses across Northern Virginia, Washington DC and Maryland. Our technicians have five to ten years of experience in appliance repair.

How we work
Six rules every visit follows
These are not slogans. They are how the phone is answered and how the visit is run, every time.

The price comes before the work.
The technician finds the fault at your home and tells you the full repair price before touching anything. The visit is $89; if you go ahead, it counts toward the repair.

We do not quote repairs over the phone.
Nobody can see a fault from the phone. A number given that way is a guess, and a guess is how people get surprised on the invoice.

Someone answers, any hour.
The phone is answered 24/7. You get a two-hour window, most days the same day, and a call about 15 minutes before the technician arrives.

We treat your floor like ours.
Shoe covers and floor protection on every visit. The problem explained in plain English before anything is opened.

Parts on the truck.
The parts that fail most are carried with us. Anything else is ordered and installed on a return visit under the same warranty.

Every repair carries it. If the same fault comes back inside the window, so do we.
What we do
Repair and installation. Residential and commercial.
Refrigerators and freezers, ice makers, washers and dryers, stacked and combination laundry units, dishwashers, gas and electric stoves, ovens, ranges and cooktops, over-the-range and built-in microwaves, range hoods and wine coolers. We also install new appliances.
We are an independent company. We are not affiliated with or authorized by any manufacturer, which is why we can work on GE, LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, Bosch, KitchenAid, Sub-Zero, Frigidaire, Maytag, Electrolux, Kenmore, Viking, Miele, Thermador, Speed Queen, ASKO and Insignia without picking sides, along with most other brands sold in this market.
What we do not do: TVs, countertop appliances, heating and cooling, plumbing and handyman work. If it is not a major appliance, we will say so on the phone and save you the visit.
