A dryer that takes the coins and then runs cold, or won't tumble, costs you every load it can't finish. We repair commercial laundry dryers, Speed Queen dryers among them.
Restaurant equipment is not something we service
FixDaddy does not service restaurant equipment. That rules out commercial ice machines, fryers, commercial refrigeration and commercial ovens.
A regular refrigerator, dishwasher or range in an office, a rental or an apartment building is a different matter: it is the same machine you would find in a house, and we fix those. Small countertop appliances, like the coffee maker in a break room, are outside what we repair.
How a commercial call works
Call at any hour, because the phone is answered 24/7. Visits are booked in two-hour windows, and the technician gives you a heads-up call about 15 minutes before pulling up.
Before any repair work starts, the technician tells you in plain English what failed and what the full repair will cost, and nothing goes ahead until you agree. Nobody quotes a repair price by phone. The invoice comes by email, or by text with a signed PDF link, so it is easy to forward to an owner or file with the unit's records.

Do you work with landlords and property managers?
Yes. You can book a repair for a unit you own or manage, from a single rental home to an apartment in a larger building. A repair in one of your units is backed by our 90-day parts-and-labor warranty too.
What does a commercial repair visit cost?
The same as a home visit. Our visit fee is $89. The technician finds exactly what's wrong and gives you the full repair price at your home — no pressure. If you go ahead, the $89 counts toward the repair, and every repair has a 90-day warranty. The $89 is charged on every visit, even when you decide against the repair.
Do you repair coin-op and laundromat washers and dryers?
Yes. Commercial laundry is part of what we repair, in laundromats and in the shared laundry rooms of apartment buildings. When you call, tell us the make and what the machine is doing.
Can you fix a commercial refrigerator or ice machine?
No. A commercial refrigerator or ice machine is restaurant equipment, and FixDaddy doesn't service restaurant equipment. A home-type refrigerator in a rental or an office is different, and so is the ice maker inside it: that is regular refrigerator and ice maker repair, which we do.

Can you install a new appliance in a rental unit?
Yes. When replacing makes more sense than repairing, we also do appliance installation: dishwashers, over-the-range microwaves, garbage disposals, washers, dryers and stack kits, and ranges, ovens and cooktops. We hook up gas ranges, ovens, cooktops and dryers, and we haul away the old appliance.
