Do you charge more for Maryland or DC?

No. The visit is $89 everywhere we go, and it counts toward the repair.

Do you work in apartment and condo buildings?

Yes, all the time. Tell us the building name when you book so the technician knows to check in with the front desk and where the water shut-offs are.
