Terms of Service

Service agreement

By booking service with FixDaddy, you authorize our technicians to inspect and attempt to repair the appliance(s) you identify. We will provide a full price quote before starting any repair, and you may decline the quote at no cost beyond the diagnostic fee (waived when you proceed with the repair).

Warranty

All repairs are covered by a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty from the date of service. The warranty covers the specific fault we repaired; it does not cover unrelated failures of the same appliance. Contact us within 90 days if the original issue returns and we will return at no charge.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept credit card, debit card, and ACH bank transfer via HouseCall Pro. Cash is accepted by arrangement with the technician.

Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule any appointment up to two hours before the arrival window at no cost. Same-day cancellations inside the two-hour window may incur a $49 dispatch fee.

Limitation of liability

FixDaddy is not liable for pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, or consequential damages (food spoilage, water damage) except where directly caused by our negligence. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
