The model number gives away the shape: RF is French door, RS is side-by-side, RT is top freezer.
The weak points follow the shape. French door models keep the ice maker inside the fridge section, and that ice room frosts over, jams the bucket and leaks under the crisper. Twin Cooling Plus models have a second evaporator behind the fridge back panel, and when its defrost fails the fan runs into ice. Family Hub adds a screen and boards that fail on their own. The Digital Inverter Compressor is the part people fear; the inverter board that drives it gets tested before anyone pays for a compressor.
